She was then refreshed, and kept as an “emergency-need backup” unit, but only made three trips before her final sale in 2004 to the Clackamas County Electrical Inspector. (who wired her, and installed the breaker panels).&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;I purchased her in January of 2006 (after a clean inspection by Mid-Oregon Diesel), along with all of the service manuals, parts manuals, and service records … Her “Tag axle” was removed for extra cargo space and weight savings, as were the 60 seats and overhead racks, the obsoleted factory Air Conditioning system, and the original &amp;nbsp;passenger toilet/washroom and holding tanks. The sliding two-piece GMC side windows were changed out with single pane “touring” windows from the Trailways’ fleet design, other than that, her hull is in all-stock configuration.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;She weighs only 23,000 lbs, The tag axle compartment serves as a bay for a 250 gallon greywater tank, and a 250 gallon septage tank, plus 42 gallons of bulk propane, and misc. hookup storage. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;The interior is mostly empty, but has the toilet and a rear double-size bed installed, the plumbing and electrical is roughed in to the living compartment (but fully completed below decks), a 46,000 btu forced air furnace, and a 6 gallon kitchen-only hot-water heater is installed, the front two cross-bus baggage compartments contain the fresh water tanks and pumps, and the electrical panel/breakers 115/230 (which consumes almost zero space), thus maximizing these two spaces for personal cargo and effects. these are huge compartments .. 8 foot wide by 6 foot 4" long by 3 foot 4" high EACH (totaling 340 cubic feet of storage!)&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;$5,000.00&lt;/b&gt; as is, will accept multiple payments (on short term) … I will warrant driveability and condition as stated. I have personally put over 500 miles driving time (mountain, freeway, city) on this bus; It is not appropriate to expect driving time or lessons before purchase; &amp;nbsp;with the insurances, licensing, not withstanding. (vehicles of this size weight and operational complexity are for experienced Diesel-savvy operators, only) … She is ready to drive away, and go cross country after plate update and insurance.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; " Give me your telephone number.” or,''I want to buy your xxxxxxx now !, give me your telephone number.” sometimes instead of &amp;nbsp;“give me your telephone #", they will say simply “call George at xxx-xxx-xxxx”.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;The wordings are all identical ... if you call the number they offer, it always just rings.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;But, either way &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;they&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; get your phone number (from their caller I.D., or you send it to them in an email), if you give them your number you will &amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;never&amp;nbsp;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; receive a call back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;lt; If you &lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;intentionally&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt; misspell your title in a post, say, under Autos … as 1987 Crevloter Ampjak 4 Dr.&amp;gt; try it !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;You will always receive this : &amp;nbsp; " Ï want to buy your 1987 Crevloter Ampjak 4 Dr., give me your telephone number” or “do you still have this item ? give me your telephone number”, or, “”Do you still have the 1987 Crevloter Ampjak 4 Dr. ?, I am interested in buying it now !" , "give me your telephone number”&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Why the interest in obtaining your phone number ? &amp;nbsp;The reverse phone book yields your address (even for unlisted, and cell &amp;nbsp;numbers), and allows for a long after the fact, easy burglary.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;The other new thing that has come up over and over is the “no show”” … after giving very detailed driving instructions to your home, they simply never appear (but, they now know where you are).&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Although  I am pretty well protected with four dogs, locked gates, guns, and living out… and, since there is always someone home, "I" have had no problems. … but many sellers have come home some long time after their CraigsList ad expires, to find the item missing !
